The Kirkham Public Realm Newsletter for June 2023 can now be viewed online!‍ The newsletter gives an overview of the public realm scheme, details of works completed to date, and information about upcoming works.

A new programme inspired by the former Roman presence in Kirkham and Wesham and funded through a cooperative partnership will be bringing the past back to life and giving the community the opportunity to get involved in art and archaeology projects.

Please be advised that as part of the planned 'Kirkham Public Realm' works, Traffic Signals will be required in the town centre from Monday 22nd May 2023. This traffic management is required to complete new drainage connections into the existing combined drain running along Poulton Street. The works will be in 4 separate areas as can be seen on the drawing attached, and it is anticipated that there will be 2 days work in each area.
